Katie is an abstract expressionist artist, living and working in Longmont,, Colorado. Her work specializes in exploring human nature through immersive expressions of emotional terrain. She primarily utilizes acrylic paint and oil stick on canvas. Katie received a degree in architecture at the University of Texas in 2003 and worked as an architect and graphic designer before pursuing art full-time. She is a seeker of adventure and has lived and traveled extensively across the world.

As a lifelong learner of the human experience, she is currently earning her Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California.

Her artistic work is included in multiple private collections worldwide.
